Thanks for the comments! I'll first address your questions about the cats since I heard the story of how those cats came to be at dinner last night. There is a church right in the middle of that park and apparently it started w/ a priest who fed a cat. Then, more cats came. Now they have lots of cats. They neuter/spay them and adopt some of them out apparently. A safe haven for cats.
